Wow. I am so happy that I was lucky enough to find this group of amazing people! We’ve all landed upon one gem of a friendship. A very unique friendship I may add. I can’t wait for years and years of amazing memories to make, even if someone of you may not remember them all. One of us will always make sure to record it for you to get embarrassed later. SO yesterday was the one year anniversary of the first cottage trip, and we got together to celebrate a year if epic finidngs, good friends, good times, good memories. And pretty much all I have to say is this
- To the guys who managed to survive a year I salute you, to the new kid, welcome to our home, our lives, our most precious place. To my girls, my best friends, I thank you for a year of life changing experiences, I couldn’t imagine doing this with anyone else. A year ago we packed up some cars and headed to a place that we now call home. When we are there we blend right in, falling into the cottage life and when we are here we reminisce about the that life and count down the days until we go home. People say this wont last, people say that this will eventually disappear, but we know it wont. This day from now until the end of time will be forever the day that our lives started, when we really started living. I love you guys, not for the things you’ve done but for who you are, the craziest, dumbest, rudest, drunkest, most unloveable people I know. Thanks for the memories. It’s been one fucking year kids. Cheers to many many many more years of shared backyards, open bar weddings, kids, cottages, summer days, European trips, drunkin’ bar nights, pillow talks, Kerflonkers and Wanderlusters, tattoos, jobs, families, EVERYTHING that this world has planned for us. May we conquer it together, the good, the bad, and the ugly. May you never forget the good times, and always make room in your heart for this family. May you live your life by the bible and never forget this, no matter where life takes you, no matter how dark things may seem, this family, our family will always be here :)
